液化天然カス入口管に設けられた圧力調節弁を備え、か
つ、前記二次媒体凝縮器のシェル側で凝縮した二次媒体
を容れる二次媒体凝縮液レシーバに設けられた二次圧力
調節器を備え、しかも、前記二次圧力調節器には、液化
天然ガス冷熱動力設備の運転待機中に該レシーバ内の圧
力を検出する圧力検出部と、この圧力検出部で検出され
た圧力を設定圧力と比較してその圧力偏差を求める比較
部と、この圧力偏差がなくなるような前記圧力調節弁の
開度を演算する液算部と、この演算部からの信号を入力
してその圧力偏差がなくなるように前記圧力調節弁を制
御する制御部とを有することを特徴とする、ランキンサ
