半導体保護用ヒユーズを挿入する場合の結線図、第３図
は従来のヒユーズの溶断検知手段の回路図、第４図は本
考案のヒユーズの溶断検知装置の回路図をそれぞれに表
わす。 １・・・半導体素子、２・・・半導体保護用ヒユーズ、
４・・・フォトトランジスタ、５・・・フォトトランジ
スタのダイオード部、６・・・フォトトランジスタのト
ランジスタ部、７゛・・・ヒユーズ溶断信号伝達回路。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体装置あるいは半導体装置を構成する半導体素子を
    過電流から保護するために半導体回路に挿入されるヒユ
    ーズの溶断検知装置において、前記半導体装置の回路各
    相の半導体保護用ヒユーズのそれぞれに対して並列にそ
    のダイオード部が接続されるフォトトランジスタ並びに
    該フォトトランジスタ部の出力が入力されるヒユーズ溶
    断信号伝達回路とより構成されてなるヒユーズの溶断検
    知装置。
