において、上記第１のスイッチング素子がオフとなると
き上記トランスの１次コイル、第１のダイオード、コン
デンサ及び第２のダイオードによる閉回路が構成されて
このコンデンサに充電され、上記第１のスイッチング素
子がオンとなるとき、上記コンデンサより第２のスイッ
チング素子を介して上記電源に電荷が供給されるように
