Claims

Supplying a collector current to the switching transistor through a first winding of a current transformer having first, second, and third windings, and supplying the collector current through the second winding. In a current return M drive type inverter that feeds back a proportional base current and controls switching of the switching transistor through a third winding, a power supply and a reverse bias transistor connected in parallel to the third winding are connected. A series circuit, a control transistor connected in parallel to the reverse bias transistor, and a third winding when the reverse bias transistor is turned off, which is inserted between the control transistor and the third winding.
