Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）はうろう基板１１の表面に、抵抗値の大きな厚膜
    ペーストを印刷焼成して抵抗回路導体１４を塔載してな
    るヒータ部１２と、このヒータ部から面方向に沿って離
    れる方向に突出するとともに抵抗回路導体に接続されて
    電源を供給するための接続用導体１５を塔載してなる接
    続部１３とを具備し、前記接続用導体は、抵抗回路導体
    よりも面積抵抗が小さくかつ貴金属導体ペーストを印刷
    焼成して形成されることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
  2. （２）ヒータ部１２と接続部１３との境界付近に、はう
    ろう基板１１を貫通しかつ面方向への熱伝導を妨げる貫
    通孔１７を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の面状発熱体。
