    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ルツボを昇降および回転可能に支持する半導体結晶引上
    機のルツボ回転駆動装置において、ルツボ回転軸動用モ
    ータをルツボ昇降駆動用モータと共に機械の固定部材側
    に取付け、前記ルツボ回転軸動用モータとルツボ軸との
    間を該ルツボ軸の軸方向には相対的に移動可能で回転の
    みを伝達する一回転伝達機構を介して連結したことを特
    徴とする半導体結晶引上機のルツボ回転駆動装置。
