Description
第１図〜第３図はそれぞれセルロース系不織布の圧縮固
形成形物の挿入形状を示すものであり、イが横断面、口
が上面よりみたそれぞれの模式図である。第４図〜第６
図は、それぞれセルロース系不織布原反の形状と膨張す
る形状との関係を示すものである。Ａは原反の形状、Ｂ
は折りた−たみあるいは集積した形状、Ｃは金型中に入
れた形状、 。
Ｄは圧縮成形後の形状、Ｅは吸水、吸血により復元膨張
した形状を示す。第４図は、正方形の不織布、第５図は
テープ状、第６図は細片状にした不織布を示す。第７図
はセルロース系不織布のテープ状物を必要な本数台せて
集束せしめ、これに適当な撚を与えて圧縮固形化し、ワ
イングーにてチーズ状に捲き取る装置を説明するもので
ある。第８図及び第９図は生理ナプキンの吸水、吸血前
後の構造を模式的に示すものである。
