Claims

The main valve body is provided with a main valve body that is normally applied with a pressing force in the closing direction against a main valve seat that partitions a primary flow path and a secondary flow path provided in the exhaust valve body, and an exhaust chamber that communicates with the secondary flow path. An exhaust valve element is provided with a constant pressing force in the opening direction against an exhaust valve seat that partitions an atmospheric pressure chamber opened to the atmosphere, and a connecting rod is provided that transmits displacement of the main valve element to the exhaust valve element. An exhaust rod having a relief hole with a lower end facing the main valve body and an upper end facing the atmosphere is movably supported by the valve box, and the exhaust rod is displaceable at the upper end of the exhaust rod. The exhaust operation mechanism presses the exhaust valve element onto the exhaust valve seat via the exhaust rod and the main valve element, and in the exhaust state, reduces the pressing force of the exhaust rod against the main valve element and the exhaust valve element.
