Claims (1)
該弁室の内径よりも稍々径小な外径を備えて該弁
室内壁に対してリング状僅隙をもつて該弁室内を
上下動自在とされたデイスク状弁体と、上記弁室
及び2次ポートに連通する操作室と、中央に中空
筒体の挿入孔を備え、その下端が上記操作室内に
あつて上記弁体との間に浮隙を形成して上記2次
ポートと操作室とを連通せしめる気密性保持部材
と、上記挿入孔内に上下動自在とされ、頂部に操
作部及び外気に開通する開口を有し、上記気密性
保持部材との間に設けられたスプリング部材によ
つて常時上向きに弾力付勢された中空筒体と、よ
り成り、上記1次ポートには、常時1次エアー圧
が作用して上記弁体を上動させるも、上記気密性
保持部材の下端により該弁体の上動を受止め規制
して、上記1次エアーの2次ポート側への流通を
遮断し、且つ、上記弁体と気密性保持部材との間
に、上記浮隙を形成せしめ、他方、スプリング部
材に抗して上記操作部を押下した時は、操作室内
にあつて上記中空筒体の下端が上記弁体に当止し
てこれを下動せしめ、該操作室と2次ポートを連
通させると共に、1次ポートから導入される1次
エアーを、上記弁室内壁と弁体との僅隙から該操
作室と2次ポート側へ流入させ上記スプリングが
弾力復帰した常時は、上記浮隙の形成によつて操
作室は2次ポート及び外気と開通せしめるように
成したエアーマイクロバルブ装置。 2 上記気密性保持部材と中空筒体及び気密性保
