構成されるマイクロ波集積回路をＲＦシールドおよび接
地導体を兼ねる金属パッケージに実装してなるトランジ
スタ増幅器を、外部接地導体上の誘電体基板上に形成さ
れた外部線路に接続するトランジスタ増幅器の接続構造
において、前記トランジスタ増幅器の入出力端子と前記
外部線路を接続する際にできるトランジスタ増幅器の金
属パッケージと外部接地導体との間隙にバネ性の導体板
を挿入し、前記トランジスタ増幅器の金属パッケージと
外部接地導体を接続したことを特徴とするトランジスタ
