成しチップコンデンサおよびトランジスタを搭載して構
成されるマイクロ波集積回路のトランジスタ増幅器を複
数個ハウジング内に実装してなるマイクロ波集積回路ト
ランジスタ増幅器において、前記トランジスタ増幅器間
に、各トランジスタ増幅器間を接続する信号伝送素子を
通す開口部を有する導体仕切壁を設け、トランジスタ増
幅器の発振を防止するように構成したことを特徴とする
