Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the feeling of ride, by providing the front and rear portions of an elastic member with holes having a slender cross section and extending in the direction of the width of a vehicle, to reduce the shock in the longitudinal and vertical directions of the vehicle and the swing in its transverse direction. CONSTITUTION:A pair of holes 24, which have a slender cross section and extend in the transverse direction of a vehicle, are provided in the front and rear portions of an elastic member 16 so that the holes are located at both the sides of the cylindrical part 12b of an inner cylindrical member 12. The tops of the front and rear portions of the elastic member 16 are made stepwise lower than that of its central part. When a longitudinal force is received by a cabin on a cabin mount fitted with the elastic member 16, the member is hardly compressed but undergoes a shearing deformation in the main in the side portions, because of the holes 24. When a vertical force is received by the cabin, the inner cylindrical member 12 and an outer cylindrical member 14 are vertically translated relative to each other so that the elastic member 16 undergoes a shearing deformation.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Conventionally, in the body structure of trucks and other vehicles, in order to alleviate the impact that the vehicle receives due to various causes such as road surface irregularities,
It is known to attach a cabin to a vehicle body frame via a resilient member or cabin mount. but,
Since this conventional structure simply interposes an elastic member between the cabin and the vehicle body frame, forces in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the vehicle are handled by external forces with a small elastic modulus, and in the vertical direction. As for force, the support has compressive elasticity with a large elastic modulus. Therefore, there is a problem in that the lateral vibration is large, the riding comfort is poor, and the running stability is lacking.

In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 32-27-67, a member is provided to restrain the elastic member, so that the receiver is compressed and elastic against any force in the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and vertical direction of the vehicle width. Furthermore, a cabin mount has been disclosed in which the elastic characteristics are made non-linear by changing the contact area with the restraining member in response to the vertical force. The product described in this publication has elastic properties that are relatively hard in all of the above directions, so it is possible to reduce vibrations in the left-right direction of the vehicle width, but it is also uniformly hard in the front-rear direction. Therefore, a problem arises in that the effect of mitigating the impact in this direction is weakened and the riding comfort worsens. There is also the problem that the structure becomes a number of items.

Structure of the Invention An uninvented structure is a cabin mount that digitally supports a cabin on a vehicle body frame, and the cabin mount is disposed between a cylindrical member, an outer cylinder member, and the inner cylinder member and the outer cylinder member. an elastic member, the elastic member having an inner wall surface of the outer cylindrical member and an outer side f11 of the cylindrical member. The vehicle is characterized in that long parts connected to the wall surface and extending in the width direction of the vehicle are provided at the front and rear sides, sandwiching a cylindrical member.

Effects of the Invention In the cabin mount of the present invention, the elastic member is provided with an elongated portion extending in the width direction of the vehicle at the front and rear portions, so when the vehicle receives a force in the longitudinal direction, the elastic member receives no compressive force. The force in the longitudinal direction is received mainly by shear force or other stress generated in the elastic members on both sides of the inner cylinder that sandwich the inner cylinder member. Therefore, the elasticity in the front-rear direction is soft, and the impact in this direction can be alleviated. Regarding the force in the vertical direction, since the outer cylinder member and the P'3 cylinder member move parallel to each other, the elastic member inserted therebetween receives shearing force from the outer cylinder member and the cylindrical member and forms a diamond shape. Therefore, in this case too,
The elastic properties are soft and can sufficiently cushion all vertical impacts.

fc-) When receiving a force in the width direction of the vehicle, that is, in the left-right direction, the outer cylindrical member and the cylindrical member move in the left-right radial direction, but since the elastic member is not extended in the left-right direction, , the elastic member is subjected to a compressive force. Therefore,
The elastic properties in the left and right direction become stiffer, and it is possible to reduce the left and right shaking of the vehicle. As described above, by controlling the elasticity % 'kW' in each direction, riding comfort can be improved and running stability can be increased. In addition, the structure of the cabin mount of the present invention is based on actual construction! f; It is simpler than the one described in 2-277 Otsu/No.

The eye cabin mount 10 includes an inner cylinder member 12 and an outer cylinder member 14 disposed coaxially with the inner cylinder member 12, and a rubber or the like between the inner cylinder member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14. Elastic members 16 are inserted and adhered to the inner cylinder member 12 and the outer cylinder member 14, respectively. Referring also to FIG. 2, the cylindrical member 12 includes an upper flange 12a extending outward from the upper end of the cylindrical portion 12b to which the elastic member 16 is bonded, and a bottom 112c continuous with the lower end of the cylindrical portion 12b. dish-shaped with a bottom 1°2
A bolt hole 18 is provided in the center of C. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper flange 12a extends in the left-right direction of the vehicle body (in the direction of the Y-Y cross section in FIG. 1), and forms a stopper 4-f against deformation of the mount 10 in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the outer cylinder member 14 has a cylindrical part 14a to which the elastic member 16 is attached, and a bottom part 14b extending inward from the lower end of the cylindrical part 14a at a position in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. bottom 1
4b is fixed to the vehicle body frame by a port 22. The elastic member 16 is provided with a pair of elongated holes 24 which are sharpened in the left-right direction at the front and rear sides of the elastic member 16, sandwiching the cylindrical portion 12b' of the inner cylinder member 12. On the outside of the elongated holes 24 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, 16, the top surface is nine steps lower than the inner part.

The bolt holes are positioned and aligned so that the protrusion 41 of the stopper member 40 fits into the hole 20 (the hole 20 also serves as a drain hole) provided in the left-right direction of the inner cylinder member 12. Pass the bolt 42 all the way through, place a washer 44 on the underside of the strut arm part 40, and tighten the nuts 46, 48, and 50 to completely fix the cabin mount 10. Further, the outer cylinder member 14 is fixed to the bracket 34 by bolts 22.

When the cabin mount 10 attached in this manner is subjected to a force in the longitudinal direction, the elastic member 16 is hardly compressed because of the elongated hole 24, and is mainly sheared and deformed on both sides. Also, when subjected to vertical force,
Since the inner circumferential member 12 and the outer cylindrical member 14 move parallel to each other (in the vertical direction, the elastic member 16 is sheared in the same way.If the inner circumferential member 12 and the outer cylindrical member 14 are subjected to a horizontal force of 7'C%, the inner cylindrical member 12 and the outer cylindrical member 14 When the outer cylinder member 14 moves in the radial direction, the rainbow elastic member is compressively deformed on both sides.
