Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に装着される半導体素子を樹脂でモールドする構
    造において、該半導体素子の周囲に注入樹脂流れ止め用
    の２重の障壁を設け、該障壁のうち、内側の障壁の内部
    には前記半導体素子保護用の可撓性にすぐれた第４の樹
    脂を注入し、外側の障壁の内部には接着性の良好な第２
    の樹脂を注入したことを特徴とする半導体素子の基板上
    における樹脂モールド構造。
