Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the temperature of fuel rapidly to a desired temperature with a small heating energy by installing an open type main heating cylindrical body to a fuel introduction outlet of a land fuel tank and further installing in series a closed type auxiliary heating cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A main heating cylindrical body 3 is constructed in nearly a semi-cylindrical shape, and a fuel oil heated by a heater 4 is moved and concentrated to the inside of an upwardly projecting part S due to convection. One end part of a connecting pipe is connected to the top of this upwardly projecting part S, and a separately constructed closed type auxiliary heating cylindrical body 5 is provided on the other end. Thereby the liquid whose temperature is not sufficiently raised with the open type main heating device can be reheated by the closed type auxiliary heating cylindrical body having an extremely small radiating surface and introduced out, raising the liquid temperature rapidly to the desired temperature with a relatively small heating energy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is capable of lowering the viscosity of combustion oil and performing the extraction with a small extraction force when the fuel oil in a companion fuel storage tank installed on land is extracted to the outside of the whole tank. For example, when the fuel oil in the fuel oil tank of a ship is exclusively supplied to the engine, the fuel oil can be extracted with a small output force, and the temperature of the exclusive fuel oil can be raised to a temperature suitable for combustion. The present invention relates to a heating device for liquid stored in a tank, such as a heating device for locally heating fuel oil in a tank.

Conventional heating device of this type 1tVi, for example,
As is known from Publication No. 81869, inside a cylinder installed in a substantially horizontal position in a liquid storage tank,
In addition to inserting a heater over the approximate length of the cylindrical body,
The WJ body was configured to have an opening for introducing all the liquid in the tank into the cylinder, and an opening for leading out all the liquid heated inside the cylinder by the heater. In other words, one heater internal MU release type heating cylinder is placed inside the tank, and this locally heats the liquid in the tank and leads it out of the tank. Because it is open into the tank to introduce the internal liquid, the heat grazing into the tank is large, and therefore the temperature of all the internal liquid in the tank is rapidly raised and K is drawn out.
had the disadvantage that an extremely large amount of heating energy had to be input in a short period of time.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a relatively small amount of heating energy while rapidly increasing the voltage of the liquid to be drawn out to #'N.
C. The objective is to provide a device that can be heated to a desired temperature.

In order to achieve the above object, the heating device for liquid stored in a tank according to the present invention has an open upper heating cylinder that has an opening for introducing the liquid in the liquid storage tank and has a built-in first heater. A closed type auxiliary heating cylinder having a pipe for discharging all of the heated liquid and containing a second heater is connected in series through a connecting pipe part.

In other words, the heating system [Th] does not consist only of a heating cylinder, which has to be an open type due to the need to provide an opening for injecting the liquid in the tank, but instead consists of an open main heating cylinder. By using a configuration in which closed type auxiliary heating cylinders of a different configuration are installed in series, the liquid, which could not be sufficiently heated with the open type main heating unit, can be heated using a closed type with extremely low thermal grazing. It is possible to reheat with the auxiliary heating cylinder and then heat it, so even if only a relatively small amount of heating energy is added, 4! What liquid should I dispense? It was now possible to raise the temperature rapidly and sufficiently to the desired temperature.
