Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヘリウム冷凍機の第１段冷凍部と第２段冷凍部にそれぞ
    れクライオパネルを装着し、第１段クライオパネルには
    バッフルを取付け、第２段クライオパネルの一部に吸着
    剤を貼付けて構成されたクライオポンプ式の真空排気装
    置において、前記第２段クライオパネルの側壁内側に該
    第２段クライオパネルと熱的に接続して補強クライオパ
    ネルを設け、該補強クライオパネルの側面に吸着剤を貼
    付けると共に該吸着剤の上から通気性押え具を巻装した
    ことを特徴とする真空排気装置。
