Abstract

PURPOSE:A cosmetic, obtained by incorporating an aqueous cosmetic with gaseous carbon dioxide, and sealing up the resultant cosmetic in a pressure resistant container, and capable of exhibiting the vasodilator action in use and giving stimulus to the skin in use and further comfortable feeling of use. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic obtained by incorporating gaseous carbon dioxide (preferably 60ppm or more) in a cosmetic with a relatively high moisture content, e.g. a toilet water, emulsion, hair lotion or shampoo, etc. adjusting the pH to 7 or below, particularly 5-6.5, and sealing up the resultant cosmetic in a pressure resistant container. The gaseous carbon dioxide is incorporated by putting the cosmetic in the pressure resistance container, and sealing up high- pressure gaseous carbon dioxide therein or putting a cosmetic containing a carbonate in the pressure resistant container, and adding a pH adjuster thereto to evolve and seal up gaseous carbon dioxide therein, etc. Preferably, the high- pressure gaseous carbon dioxide is sealed up therein. The pressure in the container is preferably kept at 1.2-8kg/cm<2> (gauge pressure) at 35 deg.C.

Therefore, the present inventor focused on incorporating carbon dioxide gas into cosmetics and conducted various studies. As a result, it was found that when all carbon dioxide gas is incorporated into aqueous cosmetics, not only does it have a vasodilatory effect upon use, but also
Is it irritating to the skin? The present invention has been completed based on the discovery that a comfortable feeling of use can be obtained.

By the way, carbon dioxide gas depends on the pH of the solution in which it is dissolved.
It is known that when CO is acidic, it exists as a CO molecule and exhibits a vasodilatory effect. Therefore, it is preferable to adjust the liquid properties of the cosmetic composition of the present invention to a pH of 7 or lower, particularly a pH of 5 to 6.5. In addition, the pH of water-based cosmetics is carbon dioxide gas -1
) If E is injected into the aqueous solution and dissolved in the aqueous solution, the acidity will become even stronger, but the final pH may be adjusted to fall within the above range. As the pH adjusting agent, for example, M functionals such as citric acid and tartaric acid or salts thereof, or phosphoric acid or salts thereof are preferably used.

To incorporate carbon dioxide gas into an all-aqueous cosmetic, place the aqueous cosmetic in a pressure-resistant container and completely enclose the high-pressure gas; place the aqueous cosmetic containing carbonate such as sodium bicarbonate in the pressure-resistant container; Methods such as adding a pR regulator to generate all carbon dioxide gas and immediately sealing the container, or placing dry ice pellets in a container and sealing the container are adopted, but the method of sealing in high-pressure gas is particularly preferred. .

When this is done, part of the carbon dioxide gas is dissolved and blended into the aqueous cosmetic, and part of it is present in the container as a gas. In the present invention, it is important that carbon dioxide is dissolved in the aqueous cosmetic, and it is preferable that the carbon dioxide concentration is 69 ppm or more. No expansion effect can be expected, and the effects of the present invention cannot be obtained.

In addition, the pressure-resistant container used in the present invention must be able to withstand the above-mentioned pressure and keep the cosmetic in a sealed state until it is used after preparation. Synthetic resin containers such as acetal resin and polycarbonate resin, and glass containers are used. ,
Moreover, this container is preferably of a size suitable for one-time use.

Since the cosmetic composition of the present invention contains all carbon dioxide gas, it improves blood circulation in the skin due to the vasodilatory effect of carbon dioxide gas, and provides a pleasant irritating feeling due to its foaming effect. Furthermore,
Since the pH of the cosmetic itself is slightly acidic, it has a favorable effect on the skin, which is close to the pH of the skin.
