Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、一方の手で野菜を保持し、他方の手で本案品
を保持して大根、胡瓜、人参等野菜の薄切り、細切り
（千木切り、千六本切り）等が出来る便利な簡易野菜調
理器に係るものにして、その構成を添付図面を参照に詳
述すると次の通りである。
薄切り、細切り等の種類の異なる調理刃１を有する数枚
の調理細長板２を重合すると共にこの重合した調理細長
板２の一端部を収納ケース３の一端部内に枢着軸４によ
り枢着して調理細長板２を収納ケース３内に折り込み自
在に設ける。
図面は３枚の調理細長板２を図示し、調理刃１は薄切り
用と、２種類の細切り （千木切り、千六本切り）を図
示している。
図中５は折り込んだ調理細長板２が出ないように防止す
る飛び出し防止具、６はその枢着軸である。
本考案は、上述の様に構成したから必要な調理細長板２
だけを開いた上、第４図に示すように一方の手で野菜７
を保持し、他方の手で本案品を保持した上で、調理細長
板２を野菜７に押し当て左右方向に動かすだけで簡単に
して調理することが出来る。
そして、必要のない時には調理細長板２を収納ケース３
内に収納して置けば良く、邪魔にならないし、誤って調
理刃１によって手を切ったりすることがない。
かように、本考案は、いろいろな種類の調理が簡単に出
来るハンディ−タイプの調理器となり、その上、構造も
簡単であるから調理刃を除いた部分はプラスチック加工
で良く、量産可能にしてそれだけ製品を安価に提供出来
る等方れた実用上の効果を有するものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は本案品の斜面図、第２図は調理細長板を開いた
状態を示す本案品の斜面図、第３図は要部の側面図、第
４図は本案品の使用状態を示す斜面図である。 １・・・調理刃、２・・・調理細長板、３・・・収納ケ
ース、４・・・枢着軸。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄切り、細切り等の種類の異なる調理刃を有する数枚の
    調理細長板を重合すると共にこの重合した調理細長板の
    一端部を収納ケースの一端部内に枢着軸により枢着して
    調理細長板を収納ケース内に折り込み自在に設けた事を
    特徴とする簡易野菜調理器。
