窓部の清掃を自動的に行うようになしたことを要旨とす

ラをビル外壁面にそわせる特別な装置と風等による横振
れを防止する装置及び常に垂直方向に昇降せしめるガイ
ド装置等が必要とされる。即ち本発明のゴンドラはゴン
ドラの上下部にその吊出方向に突出したガイドアーム7
a、7bt−突出せしめ、この上下のガイドアーム7a
、7=bの少くともいずれか一方又社双方が各階窓部B
aを上下に挾む階層の外壁面Bbのガイド溝6に該アー
ムに突設されたガイド輪8a、abが嵌合支持され、ゴ
ンドラは垂直方向に支持され、ワイヤーローブの巻取巻
戻しによシゴンドラ全昇降せしめ、且極風等によっても
ゴンドラが振れないように支持せしめる0このガイド輪
8a、8bはその一方8aがガイド溝6の内側面に接し
ゴンドラの横方向の振れ全規制し、他方8bはガイド濤
底面に接し、ゴンドラがビル外壁面に:吸着される時に
於てもビル外壁面とゴンドラ8がゴンドラの昇降と窓の

上下に設けた吸着装置10a、10bにて行われる。こ
の吸着装置のうち両側の上方側10aはゴンドラに固定
され常にビル外壁面を吸着するようになっており、他方
の下方側の吸着装置10’t)は清掃装置と同様ゴンド
ラに対し上下方向に摺動するようになっている。このた
め第6図に示すようにゴンドラがビル外壁面に沿って昇
降し、窓部Ba1外壁面Bbとが交互に配設され両部が
面一でない時でも即ちビルの横ラインを強調するため窓
部Baは横方向にもくぼんだ状態でビル全体が上下方向
に凸部(壁面)と凹g(窓部)が交互に配列されている

の吸着装置10a、10bがともに同階層の外壁面Bt
lC吸着されるとゴンドラの下lf&とともりこ下方側
の吸着装置10bもともに下降全開始し、同図(4)を
経て同図(5ンに示す如く上方側の吸着装置は上階層の
壁面に下方側のg&層表装置下階層の壁面に大々吸着さ
れるような状態に運するとゴンドラの下F!*は停止し
、上下の吸着装置でビル外壁面に吸着支持され次に清掃
ヘッドを前進させ窓硝子に当接せしめつつ清掃装置全降
下させ所墜の清掃を行う。清掃終了后、清掃ヘッドを後
退させ、且上昇させて復元せしめる。次にゴンドラを再
び降下させ第6図(υ〜(5)の順序で#1.?返し、

る。またゴンドラが地上に達すると次に一ピッチのみ横
移動させてゴンドラを上昇させるが、このゴンドラの上
