Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光源からの可干渉光を被測定機械量が与えられる
    ターゲットに照射し、そこからの拡散光によって作られ
    るスペックルパターンの移動から前記被測定機械量を知
    るようにした装置において、 前記ターゲットの拡散面を再帰性反射物体で覆うととも
    に、この再帰性反射物体上に規則的に配列する模様を施
    したことを特徴とする光学式機械量測定装置。
  2. （２）規則的模様の配列ピッチを抽出空間周波数のピッ
    チに相当するように選定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の光学式機械量測定装置。
