Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）セラミック基板１に、導電体Ｃおよび／または抵
    抗体Ｒとガラス体Ｇからなる印刷部２を設けた印刷回路
    体に於いて、該印刷回路体上に該印刷部２の最高個所よ
    り高い突起部３を複数個独立して設けてなることを特徴
    とする突起部を有する印刷回路体。
  2. （２）該突起部３が、導電体Ｃ′および／または抵抗体
    Ｒ′とガラスＧ′からなるものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の突起部を有する印刷回路体。
  3. （３）該突起部３の高さが、該印刷部２の最高個所より
    ５〜１０００μ高いＨものである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の突起部を有する印刷回路体。
  4. （４）該セラミック基板１の厚さが０．２〜２墓のもの
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の突起部を有
    する印刷回路体。
