In a rotor of a motor including a commutator and a spark-quenching circuit board, the spark-quenching circuit is arranged such that the terminal portion to which the spark-quenching circuit board is soldered is located on the opposite side of the sliding surface of the commutator. A rotor for a motor, characterized in that a substrate is disposed on the rotor.
