Conventionally, inorganic board materials whose main component is cement have been widely used, but this type of inorganic board material has poor decorative properties because the color of the base H is achromatic, so the surface is often painted.

In view of the above, the present invention has been made with the object of providing a method for easily applying a Mikage stone-like coating to an inorganic decorative board, in which lightweight aggregate or thermoplastic synthetic resin beads are used. The surface of the mineralized board that has been mixed and cured in an autoclave is polished to the extent that the surface does not become fluffy, then a colored paint is applied with a sponge coater, an undercoat is applied, and then a clear coat is applied. It is characterized by applying paint or colored paint using a flow coater, applying a topcoat, and then drying.

以下、この発明を実施例により説明する。This invention will be explained below with reference to Examples.

The method for producing an inorganic decorative board in the style of Mikage stone according to the present invention is to first add a lightweight aggregate, such as a foamable inorganic lightweight aggregate such as pumice or shirasu balloon, to an inorganic material made from cement, reinforcing fibers, and aggregate. Or thermoplastic synthetic resin beads A
The surface of the inorganic board 1, which has been molded with a mixture of carbon dioxide and cured in an autoclave, is polished to the extent that the surface does not become fluffy, and as shown in Fig. 1, lightweight bone tissue or synthetic resin beads are formed. After processing the surface so that micropores 2...2 appear on the surface, a colored paint 3 is applied to this surface using a sponge coater, and as shown in Figure 2, the smooth surface of the plate Iol is coated. An undercoat is applied by uniformly distributing the coated surface over the inner surface of the micropores 2...2, and then a clear paint or colored paint 4 is applied with a flow coater on the undercoat surface, and a topcoat is applied. , and then dried.

2, when applying the paint 4 with a flow coulter, the paint 4 does not flow into the micropores 2...2 with a diameter of about 2 mm or less due to the influence of the surface tension of the paint 4, resulting in so-called pinholes. This results in an unpainted state as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the paint 4 is uniformly applied on the smooth surface IA of the plate material 1, but only the paint 3 applied by the sponge coater is on the inner surface of the micropores 2...2, and the presence of the micropores is visually apparent. As a result of this emphasis, the surface is finished to look like Mikageite, as shown in Figure 4.

In addition, the sponge coater used in the practice of this invention should have a hardness of 30 to 5o, as it is necessary to sufficiently spread the paint into the micropores 3...2 on the surface of the inorganic board 1. Furthermore, when applying the paint 3, it is pressed onto the surface of the inorganic plate material 1 with a certain amount of pressure.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to manufacture a decorative board that has the appearance of Mikage stone by using an inorganic board material that has been molded and hardened by adding lightweight aggregate, synthetic resin beads, etc. Further, since it can be carried out by combining conventionally used coating means, it has the advantage of being easy to carry out.
