Conventionally, when applying colored cosmetics to inorganic molded products such as asbestos cement products and glass fiber reinforced cement products, the inorganic product is first molded, and an inorganic coloring material containing a coloring pigment is applied to the molded product before or during semi-hardening. It is done by spraying or coating the surface and then finishing it by applying emulsion coating, etc. However, when this method is used, the coloring process becomes a completely independent process in the manufacturing process of inorganic products, and the coloring The adhesion of the material to the inorganic product was not completely reliable, and the colored material layer was likely to peel off.

In particular, when producing inorganic molded products by extrusion molding of inorganic materials, the molded products immediately after extrusion are soft and easily deformed, so it is very difficult to apply pressure after spraying or painting the coloring material. There was a drawback that it was difficult to apply colored decoration to extruded products.

Furthermore, when producing porous inorganic products using extrusion molding equipment, for example, expanded styrene beads are mixed into the extrusion material, and the expanded styrene beads are used to make the inorganic molded product porous. However, when expanded styrene beads are mixed in and extruded in this way, the expanded styrene pieces protrude from the surface of the inorganic molded product immediately after extrusion due to internal pressure, causing a so-called black-fling back phenomenon. In addition to the need to provide a process for eliminating irregularities on the surface of the molded product caused by the springback phenomenon, a coloring process also needs to be provided after the next process, which poses the problem of increasing the size of the apparatus.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention aims to provide a method for coloring inorganic extrusion molded products, which allows easy coloring and decoration to be applied to inorganic molded products produced by extrusion molding, and which does not particularly require an independent process as a coloring step. The inorganic hybrid material is extruded from the extrusion molding die while a colored slurry made of a mixture of a desired colored pigment, cement, silica, short fibers, and water is press-fitted into the extrusion die land portion of the inorganic hybrid material. The method is characterized in that the molded product is formed and discharged, and then the surface of the discharged molded product is pressed and shaped by a roller, and then an emulsion coating is applied.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an apparatus used to carry out the present invention, and the method for coloring an inorganic extrusion molded product of the present invention is shown in FIG.
While press-feeding a colored slurry IJ-3, which is a mixture of a desired colored pigment, cement, silica, short fibers, and water,
The inorganic cross-wire material A is molded and discharged from an extrusion molding die 2'', and then the surface of the discharged molded body A° is desirably rolled onto the downwardly extending surface 2A of the molding die land 2 as shown in the figure by a roller 4 into a woodgrain pattern, for example. The structure is such that the emulsion coating 5 is applied after pressure shaping to give an uneven pattern to the surface.

In the above description, since the action of the roller 4 is the pressing force necessary to form an uneven pattern etc. on the surface of the molded product, the roller 4 does not deform the entire molded product.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the colored slurry 3 forms a colored layer on the surface of the inorganic extrusion molded product by pressure bonding at the molding die land part a, so that the colored layer is integrally fused to the surface of the molded product, making it extremely tough. This results in excellent adhesion.

Furthermore, even if foamed beads or the like are mixed into the inorganic kneaded extrusion material, the colored layer is pressed onto the surface of the material.
Even if a springback phenomenon occurs, the foamed beads are held down by the colored layer and are prevented from coming out to the surface of the molded product.

The emulsion coating prevents the efflorescence phenomenon during curing and curing, and ultimately provides a molded product with a beautiful finished surface.

Since this invention is configured as described above, coloring is applied to the surface of the inorganic molded product at the same time as extrusion molding, so there is no need to provide a separate coloring process, and further,
Even when foamed plastic beads etc. are mixed into the inorganic material, the protrusion of the plastic beads due to the springback phenomenon is sufficiently covered by the colored layer, and the springback when producing a porous inorganic extrusion molded product is prevented. Since it also functions to prevent phenomena, it is possible to achieve effects such as the ability to simplify equipment.
