Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動電源電圧が低下した場合にバックアップ用バッテリ
    よりスタンバイ電源を供給するメモリシステムにおいて
    、メモリ駆動電源電圧が委定動作範囲にあるか否かを監
    視する電圧監視手段と、該手段がメモリ駆動電源の安定
    動作範囲外を検知した時に前記メモリに前記バックアッ
    プ用バッテリよりスタンバイ電源を供給する手段と、前
    記メモリ駆動電源の前記電圧監視手段の安定動作範囲外
    の検知中及び安定動作範囲外より安定動作範囲内への検
    知より一定時間の間に前記メモリのメモリイネーブル信
    号をメモリディセーブルとする手段とを備え、前記メモ
    リの安定動作範囲外でのアクセスを不可能とし、不安定
    動作時のメモリアクセスによる前記メモリの記憶内容の
    破壊を防止するようにしたことを特徴とするメモリバッ
    クアップ回路。
