産業上の利用分野
本発明は磁気回路の磁気ギャップ内にピストン運動可能
なように支持し、振動板を駆動するためのスピーカ用ボ

従来例の構成とその問題点
一般に、複駆動系のスピーカ用ボイスコイルはボイスコ
イルボビンを共通として2つのボイスコイルを重ね巻き
して多層に構成していた。そしてこのように2つのボイ
スコイルを有するスピーカ用ボイスコイルは2つのボイ
スコイルを直列又は並列で接続してインピーダンスの所
望の物を得たり、正極性接続、逆極性接続により力係数
を変化させて種々の音圧特性を選択的に使用できる特徴
がある。この場合、その利用目的に応じて2つのコイル
の線材として同一の線径のものを使用する場合と、2つ
のコイルの線材として異なった線径のものを使用する場
合がある。ところで、線径の異なった複巻ボイスコイル
の場合、第1図、第2図に示した様に共通のボビン1に
線径の異なったコイ/L’2.3を重ねて巻くと上のコ
イ/I/3は下のコイ/I/2に沿って巻かれるので、
線長、ターン数が自由にできない欠点があった。即ち、
第1図は線径の細いコイル2を巻く場合であり、第2図
は線径の太いコイル3を巻く場合である。図示した様に
上に巻かれるコイル3は下のコイ/I/2の間に入沙様
に巻かれるので、線径の細いコイ/L/2では下のコイ
lv3と同一のターン数しか巻けず、さらに第2図の太
いコイ/V3では下のコイ)V2より少いターン数でし
か巻けない欠点があった。しかも下のコイル2に沿わず
に巻いた場合にはコイ)v2゜3間の接着面積が減少し
、上のコイ/L/3が振動中にはずれるおそれがあった
。そして、この様にコイ/L’3のターン数、線長が自
由に変えられないことは所望の力係数、インピーダンス
が得られないことになり複駆動系の特長を充分に生かせ
