Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the effect due to the leaked magnetic flux and thus to reduce the distortion for the sound pressure delivered by giving the minimum loop coiled to the two units of voice coils which are wound round the same voice coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The clockwise turning is given to the 1st layer of 1st voice coil 6 starting at the upper turning start end A of voice coil bobbin 5, and turning finish end B is extended toward the axis direction and along bobbin 5. Then the turning is given to 2nd layer 7a of 2nd voice coil 7, and its turning finish end C is extended toward the axis direction of bobbin 5 and along end B of the 1st layer of coil 6. And furthermore the clockwise turning is given to 2nd layer 6b above coil 6a. In such way, both 1st and 2nd coils 6 and 7 are formed with a piece of winding, thus causing the driving force of coils 6 and 7 in the same way. Then turning start end A and finish end D of coils 6 and 7 are led out from one area to secure the minimum distance between the connecting areas B and C. And accordingly the minimum loop is obtained for the structure formed by the lead wire, thus eliminating the effect to the output due to the leaked magnetic flux as well as reducing the distortion of the output sound pressure.
