Abstract

PURPOSE:To draw directly an input conductor from a voice coil without making the total height of a speaker higher and to prevent the disconnection of the lead wire of a voice coil by utilizing a resin film having the sufficient thermal resistance and flexibility in which a conductive layer is formed for the input lead wire of the speaker and for a voice coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:On the outer surface of a paper cylinder 21, the resin film 22 made of polyimid or polyester which is excellent in thermal resistance and flexibility is wound and adhered. A magnet wire 23 is wound around this film 22 to form the voice coil 24. The starting and finishing ends of the lead wire of the voice coil 24 are electrically connected to one terminal 25 of the conductive layer of copper foil formed on the film 22 by means of soldering, etc. The said film 22 and the conductive layer are continuously extended to the terminal of the speaker. Thus an input lead wire part 27 and a voice coil bobbin part to supply power from the terminal of the speaker to the voice coil, are formed integrally.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the gold thread wire 14 is pulled out from between the Lee diaphragm 8 and the tamper 11 as shown in FIG.
This gold thread 'FA14 must be prevented from contacting the diaphragm 8A') damper 11.
generally has a diameter of 1.21 degrees, so a gap 19 is required between the lower part of the diaphragm 8 and the damper 11. The dimension of this gap 19 must be at least 3 mm, which has the disadvantage that the height of the speaker (H) becomes high.

Furthermore, the lead wire 7 at the beginning and end of the winding of the voice coil 9 is
, 8 are fixed to the bobbin 10 together with the gold thread wire 14, so when input is applied to the speaker and the voice coil 9 vibrates, stress is applied to the fixed portion of the gold thread wire 14.
There was a problem in that the lead wires 17 and 18 of the voice coil 9 were easily broken. To explain in more detail with reference to FIG. 10, when the voice coil 9 oscillates during speaker operation, force is applied to the bobbin-side fixed portions of the gold thread wires 14a and 14b, and the lead wires 17 and 18 of the voice coil 9 move near the gold thread wire fixed portions. The wire may be disconnected. For this reason, it is not only impossible to apply a large input that would cause a large amplitude drop in the voice coil to the speaker, but also has the disadvantage of poor reliability. In recent years, as equipment has become smaller and more space-saving, there has been a desire to develop speakers that are thin and have high input resistance, but conventional speakers have not been able to satisfy this demand.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a heat-resistant, flexible resin film with a conductive layer that connects the voice coil lead wire and the speaker terminal. an input conductor in which the resin film is wound around the cylindrical outer surface of the voice coil, the winding is applied from above the resin film in the cylindrical part, and the lead wires at both ends of the winding are connected to the ends of the conductive layer; It is equipped with a voice coil.

Function: With this configuration, the resin film with the conductive layer electrically connects the voice coil and the terminal, and becomes the input conductor portion of the S speaker. The thickness of the resin film with the conductive layer is very thin, so the resin film can be pulled out to the terminal even if there is almost no gap between the damper and the bottom of the diaphragm.1. There's no need to make it expensive. Furthermore, since the lead wires at the beginning and end of winding of the voice coil are connected to the bobbin part located away from the speaker input conductor part of the resin film, the voice coil vibrates when the speaker is operated and force is applied to the input conductor part. However, the lead wire is hardly affected by this force.

Therefore, a large input can be applied to the speaker without breaking the lead wire, and the reliability of the speaker can be dramatically improved.

In the case of such a configuration, the thickness of the resin film with conductive IM of the input conductor portion 27 is about 0,1snn m.
The gap 48 between the lower part of the diaphragm 44 and the damper 45 is 0.
211 is also sufficient. In other words, it becomes possible to draw an input line directly from the voice coil to the terminal without increasing the total height (H) of the speaker. Furthermore, even when the voice coil 24 vibrates and force is applied to the boundary between the input conductor section 27 and the voice coil bobbin section during speaker operation, the lead wire of the voice-1 coil 24 is
Since the bobbin 1 is connected at a distance from the bobbin 1, almost no force from the operation is transmitted to the connected portion, and the lead wire of the voice coil 24 will not be disconnected. First, by adopting the configuration of the present invention, it is possible to realize a speaker with high input resistance, which can apply a large amount of human power to the speaker power, and which is also excellent in reliability.
