本発明は外表面に微粒子状凹凸を備えた手袋の新規な製
法に関するものであって、型製作工程に於ける半乾燥の
状態中に外表面に対して釉薬および砂等粒子を吹付けて
同面を微細な粒状の凹凸面とし然るのちに完全乾燥して
焼成することによって手袋用型を構成し、この手袋用型
の外表面に軟質合成樹脂、ゴム等被j漠を浸漬法により
被着し、当該被膜をゲル化させたのちに手袋用型より反

先ず、型製作段階に於て半乾燥の状態にあるうちに後述
する被膜(3)が被着する外表面に釉薬および微粒の砂
を吹付けて同面を微細な粒状凹凸面(1)とし然るのち
に完全乾燥して構成することによって手袋用型(2)を

本発明は叙上の如く型製作工程に於ける半乾燥の状態中

ることによって手袋用型を梠成し、この手袋用型の外表
面に軟質合成樹脂、ゴム等被膜な浸漬法により被着し、
当該被膜をゲル化させたのちに手袋用型より反転して剥
離することを要旨とするので、温雅さ′を視覚に与える
微粒子状凹凸を外表面に備えた部品価値が高い手袋の実
施を可能とする著効かあるは勿論であるが、特に本発明
により得た製品は手袋用型に設けた微粒子状凹凸によっ
て浸漬法の実施時には軟’1N 甘酸樹脂、ゴム等の流
下が抑えられて被着性がよいので、重さの割には厚手窓
がありまた微粒子状凹凸の谷部が薄手となって屈曲性が
よいので手指の疲れが少なく更に西側ベタっきかない等
