Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a glove having an uneven (a fine particle-shaped) thin trough portion with good flexibility, as well as having a thick feelingness for the weight, by a method in which particles of graze and sand, etc., are sparyed on the outer surface of a mold in semi-dried state during the molding process to form a fine uneven (particle-shaped) face on the outer surface, and the mold is completely dried and baked. CONSTITUTION:A graze and fine sand are sprayed onto the outer surface of a glove in a semi-dried state during the molding period to form a fine uneven (particle-shaped) face 1 on the outer surface, and the mold is completely dried and baked to obtain a mold 2 for glove. A film 3 of a soft synthetic resin is formed on the surface of the mold 2 for glove by a dipping method and gelled. The film 3 is peeled off from the mold 2 for glove by inversely separating it and finish-processed to obtain a complete product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel method for manufacturing gloves having fine particulate irregularities on the outer surface, in which the outer surface is coated with glaze and sand during a semi-dry state in the mold making process. A glove mold is constructed by spraying the same particles to make the same surface a fine granular uneven surface, then completely drying and firing, and the outer surface of this glove mold is coated with soft synthetic resin, rubber, etc. The gist of this method is to apply a coating by a dipping method, gel the coating, and then peel it off by inverting it from a glove mold.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, in the mold manufacturing stage, while the mold is in a semi-dry state, glaze and fine particles are applied to the outer surface on which the coating (3) described later will be applied. A glove mold (2) is constructed by blowing sand to form a fine granular uneven surface (1) on the same surface and then completely drying it.

As mentioned above, in the semi-dry state of the mold manufacturing process, the present invention sprays particles such as glaze and sand onto the outer surface to create a fine granular uneven surface, and then completely dries it. A glove mold is formed by forming a glove mold, and a soft synthetic resin, rubber, etc. film is applied to the outer surface of the glove mold by a dipping method,
The main idea is to gel the coating and then peel it off by inverting it from the glove mold, making it possible to produce gloves with high component value that have fine particulate irregularities on the outer surface that give a sense of warmth and elegance. Of course, the product obtained according to the present invention is particularly effective in preventing soft 1N sweet acid resin, rubber, etc. from flowing down during the dipping method due to the fine particulate irregularities provided on the glove mold. It has a thick window for its weight, and the troughs of the particulate irregularities are thin and have good flexibility, so there is less fatigue in the hands and fingers, and it also has practical effects such as not being sticky on the side. It is something.
