Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定試料に所定の方法にて形成した圧痕の大きさを光
    学的に検出し、この検出結果に基いて硬度値を求めるよ
    うにした硬度測定装置において、被測定試料に光を投射
    する光源と、被測定試料からの反射光を受光すべく配し
    た１次元イメージセンサと、被測定試料の像を１次元イ
    メージセンサに結像させるべき光学装置と、該光学装置
    と１次元イメージ毛ンサ及び／又は測定装置との相対位
    置を変じる焦点合わせ装置と、１次元イメージセンサを
    被測定試料に対して平行的に移動させる走査装置と、焦
    点合わせ装置を駆動させ１．この間に１次元イメージセ
    ンサから得られた光電変換信号に基き焦点が合った前記
    相対位置を設定する焦点合わせ制御手段と、走査装置を
    駆動させ、この間に１次元イメージセンサから得られた
    光電変換信号に基き圧痕の大きさを算出する圧痕寸法演
    算手段とを具備することを特徴とする硬度測定装置。
