Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a coil winding process by bonding a record/reproduction core and an erasing core together and bonding a back core mounting a coil to both cores after bonding a slider. CONSTITUTION:The core materials 11 and 11' containing gaps 13 and 14 formed at prescribed positions are bonded to core materials 12 and 12' respectively. Then the surface 21 of the bonded members is bonded to the surface 21' of a slider 15, and the surface 22 of the bonded members is bonded to the slider surface 22', respectively. The coils 17 and 18 formed into ring shapes are put into a gap 20 of a back core 16 and then adhered to the lower surface of the bonded members on the basis of the slider surfaces 23 and 24. The number of coil turns can be optionally changed by varying the gap 20. As a result, such a troublesome process as the manual winding of coil can be excluded despite an increment of number of coil turns.
