Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a winding process by adding two magnetic materials of reinforcement members at the part of a winding groove to which a coil is fitted and an area where a pack core is formed. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic material 2 is adhered to the front face of a magnetic material 3a to obtain a reinforcement member, and a magnetic thin film having high permeability is held between such reinforcement members. Then winding grooves 5 and 5 are formed to the rear faces of magnetic materials 3a and 3a, and a coil 8 is fitted into the grooves 5. At the same time, the pack cores are formed to the rear faces of the materials 3a and 3a with adhesion of a magnetic material 3b. Thus the material 3b which forms the pack core is adhered after fitting the coil 8 into the grooves 5, i.e., after the coil 8 is put into a main post part 7. に跨がって嵌挿してから、換言すれば主柱部7にコイル
8を嵌め込んでからバックコアを形成する磁性体3bを
接合することができるから、上記従来の如くヘッドチッ
プ完成後に巻線を施こす必要がなく巻線工程を簡易化で
きる効果を奏する。
