【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案はビデオテープレコーダ(VTR)に適

すものでは、磁気ヘツドベースBに接着材層(図
示省略)を介在させて取付けるべき磁気ヘツドチ
ツプCは金属磁性材よりなるコア主体Mを1対の
補強コアS1,S2でサンドイツチしてなるものであ
るから、磁気ヘツドベースBとコア主体Mの間に
厚み精度を出しにくい2つの要因すなわち接着材
層及び補強コアS2を有し、磁気ヘツドの基準面
(例えば磁気ヘツドベースの表面Ba)に対するコ
ア主体Mつまり作動ギヤツプの位置を正確に規定
することが難しかつた。とくに、厚さの薄い補強
コアの厚みコントロールが難しく生産性を害なう
一因となつていた。またこの磁気ヘツドは、磁気
ヘツドベースB、磁気ヘツドチツプCを構成する
コア主体M、2枚の補強コアS1,S2、及びコイル
Wの5点で構成されているので、部品点数及び組
立作業数が多くこの点でも量産性を害なうものと
