Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in operation efficiency and safety, by making the rear swivel shaft of a self-propelled, liftable and collapsable belt conveyor turnable and shiftable toward both sides limitedly, in case of a belt loader for cargo-handling at an elevated spot as in aircraft. CONSTITUTION:A front lift 3, whose lower end is of cross structure in type to the cross member of a self-propelled bogie truck 1, is pivotally installed in the truck as free of both cross and longitudinal turnings and controlled by a cylinder (unillustrated herein). A link arm 15 being pivoted on both of a cross member 16 of the bogie truck 1 and a side member 13 of a conveyor belt 26 is made to do ups and downs by means of expansion and contraction of a rear lift cylinder 18, and slidingly shifted sideways as guided by a guide 22 on a plate frame 19 through hydraulic pressure. With this constitution, operation efficiency for loading and unloading is improved and also safety is promoted ever so better.

の手荷物の積卸しには自走式車台に前部及び後部の昇降
起伏可能なベルトコンベヤ装置を架装置〜たべルトロー
ダが使用されている。近年航空機の大型化に伴い.数多
くの作業車が航空機の回りに停止して作業を行う様にな
ってきたことに鑑み本願出願人は前部が左右方向に限ら
れた角度旋回するベルトコンベヤ装置を具備したベルト
ローダを発明し,特願昭57−197624号として出
願した。該発明ベルトローダは後部の昇降装置上の旋回
軸を中心としてベルトコンベヤ装置の前部を車台側面を
越えて左又は右方向に旋回することが出来るもので,車
台が競合する他の作業車と干渉すること力くベルトコン
ベヤ前端部を航空機積卸口に接着せしめ.能率よく積卸
作業を行うことが出来る効果があった。しかしながら前
端部を左右方向に旋回し車台側端を越して航空機積卸口
に接着せしめるので積卸口端縁とベルトコンベヤ前端面
とが大略ベルトコンベヤの旋回角度と等しい角度だけ斜
方向の角度を持って接するので,その間に鋭角三角形の
空間を生じ航空機積卸口とベルトコンベヤ前端部間の積
卸作業を行う際,手荷物の積卸作業の効率が悪く,シか
も当該鋭角三角形の空所へ手荷物あるいは作業員の脱落
の危険があることが判明した。
