上方に突出するとともに、下面が開口する車両前後方向
のトンネルを形成し、該トンネル内に燃料タンクを配置
した自動車の燃料タンク構造において、前記トンネルの
幅を、左右の乗員用シートの間の位置部分で他の部分よ
りも狭く構成し、かつ、前記燃料タンクの幅を、前記ト
ンネルの幅に対応して、左右の乗員用シート間位置部分
で他の部分よりも狭く構成したことを特徴とする自動車
の燃料タンク構造。(1) A fuel tank structure for an automobile in which a tunnel is formed in the widthwise center of the floor panel, protruding upward from the floor panel surface and opening in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and the fuel tank is disposed within the tunnel.
