Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the damping force given to a reel base and facilitate the check and the adjustment, by attaching a reel motor unit to a chassis unit to transmit the motion of an operating member to a brake means. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape 11 wound around a guide drum 24 by a loading motor 18 is transported by a driving mechanism consisting of a capstan and an pinch roller and is wound around either of reel bases 10a and 10b incorporating driving motors. Brakes 14a and 14b which damp the rotation are brought into contact with these reel bases 10a and 10b, and brakes 14a and 14b are separated from reel bases 10a and 10b by the motion of a rod 22 in the direction of an arrow A. The rod 22 is driven by a cam 20 and a cam follower 26, and the cam 20 is rotated by the loading motor 18. The loading motor 18 loads the magnetic tape 11 and switches various modes in this manner.

前記ブレーキ手段に伝わる様に構成したものであり、こ
れにより前記リールモーターユニットとブレーキ手段と
の位置関係精度が向上するばかシでなく、リールモータ
