Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持体側の基板と被支持体側の基板との間に固着したマ
    ウントラバーの内部に空隙を設け、前記いずれかの基板
    側に、絞りをもつ仕切板を装着して、仕切板の空隙側に
    流体室を形成し、この仕切板の他側に、ダイヤフラムで
    区画された副次室を備え、前記流体室と前記副次室の少
    なくとも一部とに流体を充填してなる流体入り防振装置
    において、弾性体によって弾性支持されたマスを、この
    マスの一側を流体室に臨ませ、且つ、該マスの他側を前
    記流体室以外の流体室又は大気に臨ませて設け、前記マ
    ス及び前記弾性体で高周波振動入力時に共振点を持つ動
    吸振器を構成したことを特徴とする流体入り防振装置。
