Abstract

PURPOSE:To make sure the close adherence and complete fixation of a metal heat radiating plate, a back plate and a circulating pipe by using selectively a heat-resistant expanded styrol material as a heat insulator and also utilizing its heat fusibleness. CONSTITUTION:A circulating pipe-fitting groove 5 with a depth slightly smaller that the diameter of a circulating pipe 2 is formed on the upside of a heat insulator base material 1, e.g., heat-resistant expanded styrol material, etc. A metal heat radiating plate 3 and a back plate 4 are put on the upper and lower sides of the heat insulator base material 1 and hot-pressed wholly by a hot press machine in such a way that the surface parts of the base material 1 is melted and integrally bonded with the metal heat radiating plate 3 and the back plate 4. The circulating pipe 2 is forcibly pressed into the base material 1 until completely adhered to the downside of the metal heat radiating plate 3, thereby burying and fixing the pipe 2 in the base material 1. A process to bond and fix the metal heat radiating plate can thus the eliminated and better close bonding of them can ensured.

Conventionally, this type of floor heating panel has a heating medium circulation pipe (131) inserted into a heat insulating base material (111, groove 02 on the top surface) made of closed-cell foamed synthetic resin, as shown in FIG. In addition to placing it in a buried state, a heat insulating base material (11
It is known that a metal heat dissipating plate 04) and a back plate U9, which is generally made of metal, are bonded together on the upper surface or both upper and lower surfaces of the heat sink U9 through an adhesive (16) (1G+). However, in such conventional products, since the metal heat sink and back plate (151) are fixed to the base material (11) with adhesive, the work of applying adhesive during manufacturing is extremely troublesome. Not only is it time consuming and has poor productivity, but the adhesive itself is relatively expensive, resulting in high costs.

The purpose of this invention is to rationally improve these problems, by selectively using heat-resistant foamed polystyrene as a heat insulating material, and utilizing its heat-solubility to create metal heat sinks or even metal heat sinks. It is intended to be fixed with adhesive to the back plate, and at the same time to achieve complete fixation of the circulation pipe and good adhesion to the metal heat sink.

Accordingly, in the method for manufacturing a floor heating panel according to the present invention, a circulation pipe fitting groove is formed on the upper surface of a heat-insulating base material made of heat-resistant polystyrene foam, and the groove is smaller in depth than the outer diameter of the circulation pipe. After fitting and arranging the circulation pipe so that it slightly protrudes upward, a metal heat sink is placed on top of the above-mentioned heat insulating base material, and then the above-mentioned metal heat sink is placed on top of the above-mentioned heat-insulating base material by heat-pressing operation using a hot press machine. This method is characterized in that it is heat-sealed and bonded to the heat insulating base material by partially melting the base material, and at the same time, the circulation pipe is brought into close contact with the metal heat sink so that it is completely buried in the heat insulating base material.

As the metal heat sink, for example, generally an aluminum alloy plate, an aluminum plated steel plate, a galvanized steel plate, etc. are used. Furthermore, at the same time as the heat sink is fixed by heat welding, a back plate made of metal or the like may be fixed to the lower surface of the heat insulating base material by heat welding, making use of the heat solubility of the heat insulating base material. The circulation pipe fitting groove cut into the upper surface of the heat insulating base material is formed to such a depth that when the circulation pipe is fitted into the groove, the upper part of the groove protrudes from the base material surface by about 0°2 to 2 mm. It is better. It goes without saying that the heat-pressing operation should be carried out at a heating temperature that will partially melt the surface portion of the metal heat sink and the Styrofoam insulation base material that is in contact with it through the back plate and exhibit the desired adhesive effect. Therefore, when manufacturing a floor heating panel using the above-mentioned members, first of all, as shown in Figure 2, on the top surface of the heat insulating base material (1), a layer slightly smaller in depth than the diameter of the circulation pipe (2) is prepared. A circulation pipe fitting groove (5) is formed. Then, the circulation pipe (2) is fitted into this and arranged. In this state, the circulation pipe (2) has a 0.2
It is assumed that the protrusion is approximately 2rIrIn. Therefore, next, a metal heat sink (3) and a back plate (

At the same time, the circulation pipe (2) is forcibly pushed into the heat insulating base material (1), and the metal heat sink (

Since this invention relates to the manufacturing method described above, it is possible to use heat-resistant polystyrene foam to serve as both a heat insulating material and an adhesive. Compared to the case where it is fixed, the cost can be reduced, and the labor of applying adhesive can be saved, which can improve productivity. In addition, since good adhesion between the number of metals in the circulation pipe and the hot plate can be obtained, it is possible to provide a high-performance underfloor heating panel with excellent thermal conductivity between the two, and the compression of the heat insulating base material can also reduce the number of metals in the circulation pipe. Since it is completely fixed, there is no need to separately bond it to a metal heat sink, which has the remarkable effect of reducing costs and improving productivity.
