Description

Manufacturing method of stainless steel-copper-stainless steel composite sheet

1 is a cross-sectional view of a laminated material welded to both sides to produce a composite plate of the present invention.

2 is a graph showing the flow curve of the stainless steel-copper-stainless steel sheet material.

3 is a photograph of the bonding state of the stainless steel and copper of the embodiment.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a stainless steel-copper-stainless steel composite sheet obtained by melting and pressing two metal sheets of the present invention to produce a composite sheet.

Conventionally, a method of manufacturing a composite plate of a narrow stainless steel-copper-stainless steel is brazed between both materials. However, in the case of a wide plate having a large adhesive area, it is difficult to join without the material and the entire plate cannot be uniformly bonded. Because of the high price of lead and brazing materials, there was a lack of economic feasibility.

There is also a method of rolling bonding, but in order to remove the chromium oxide film of the stainless steel sheet, metal flashing should be pretreated or nickel plated to activate the surface.

The present invention is to provide a method for producing a composite plate of stainless steel-copper-stainless steel in which a copper plate is directly welded to a stainless steel sheet to bond the copper plate and the stainless steel sheet to solve the above disadvantages.

It is another object of the present invention to laminate an alloy sheet material, that is, stainless steel-copper-stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, poor surface discoloration, excellent strength and formability, and an alloy sheet material having copper and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It is to provide a method for producing a composite plate.

Referring to the manufacturing method of the present invention in detail as follows.

As shown in the drawing, a copper plate 3 is sandwiched between two stainless steel sheets 1 and 2, and then the sides are welded with stainless steel welding rods 5 and 5 to the stainless steel strips 4 and 4 '. After putting it up in a heating furnace, it is heated to a melting point of copper from 1083 ℃ to 1150 ℃ and the copper sheet is semi-melted. The stainless steel plate and the copper plate are to be more firmly bonded.

A feature of the present invention is to increase the temperature of the joining plate material to a temperature slightly higher than the melting point of copper as described above, so that the semi-melt state and the stainless steel sheet having a higher melting point than that of copper are rolled and welded in high heat.

Therefore, the alloy layer of copper-stainless steel is thinly formed between the stainless steel sheet and the copper, so that the metal and the metal are welded. It is widely used as an electric appliance material and a kitchen utensil material as it can obtain a plate having both.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows.

A copper plate of 6 mm thickness degreased in the same manner was sandwiched between the stainless steel sheets thus degreased, and then welded to both sides with a stainless steel welding bob as shown in FIG.

The pretreatment as such was placed upright in an electric furnace and heated at 1100 ° C. for 15 to 20 minutes, followed by air cooling.

This was rolled at 80% by 20% each time at 950 ° C. to obtain a composite sheet of stainless steel-copper-stainless steel with a final sheet thickness of 2.4 mm.

2]Example 2

The same composite plate material was obtained by carrying out other conditions similar to Example 1 except having made heating temperature 1150 degreeC.

3]Example 3

Except having made the stainless steel plate thickness 3mm and the copper plate thickness 9mm, all other conditions were carried out similarly to Example 2, and the board | plate material of the same property and characteristic was obtained.
