Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and improve a heat transfer efficiency by forming a heating medium conduit into a flat configuration having a flat surface portion on a surface plate side, accommodating the conduit in the groove of a flooring material and adhesively fixing the conduit. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium conduit 1 is formed from a copper pipe, the side of the conduit 1 positioned on a surface plate 4 side is formed into a flat surface portion 5. That is, the heating medium conduit 1 has a flat section. A flooring material 3 is a flat square plate with a prescribed size. A meandering groove 2 is formed on the surface side of the flooring material 3 while following the piping configuration of the heating medium conduit 1 and a cushion material 6 is mounted on the bottom of the groove 2. The heating medium conduit 1 accommodated in the groove 2 via the cushion material 6 with the flat surface portion 5 turned upward is in a condition wherein the flat surface portion 5 is a little raised by the cushion material 6 from the surface of the flooring material 3. A surface plate 4 forming a heat transfer surface is adhesively fixed to the surface of the flooring material 3 by an adhesive 7 to cover the surface of the flooring material 3. When the surface plate 4 adheres to the flooring material 3, the cushion material 6 is compressed and the flat surface portion 5 of the heating medium conduit 1 adhesively fixed to the reverse of the surface plate 4 by the adhesive 7 as the flat surface portion 5 and the reverse of the surface plate 4 are brought into close contact.

[Example] Fig. 1 shows an example of a floor heating panel according to the present invention (171
1 is a sectional view without showing part 1. This floor heating panel consists of a heat medium conduit 1 that conducts a heat medium, a flat flooring 3 having a series of wells 2 on its surface that accommodates the heat medium conduit 1, and this flooring 3.
It consists of a surface plate 4 that is joined to the surface of. The heat medium conduit 1 is composed of a copper pipe, and the pipe located on the side of the surface plate 4 is composed of a flat part 5, and has a flat cross section. The floor material 3 is a rectangular flat plate with predetermined dimensions, and on the surface side, a groove 2 in a concave shape is recessed in imitation of the piping shape of the heat medium conduit 1. The depth is the heat medium conduit l
It is formed into a rectangular cross-section slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cylinder, and a Kunjon material 6 is attached to the bottom thereof. The heat medium conduit 1 is placed in the groove 2 of the flooring material 3 through the cushioning material 6 with the flat part 5 facing upward, with the flat part 5 slightly raised by 77 from the surface of the flooring material 3 due to the cushioning material 6. It has become. (The surface plate 4 constituting the heating surface is adhesively fixed to the surface of the floor N3 with an adhesive 7, and the cushioning material 6 is compressed, and the flat part 5 of the heat medium conduit 1 and the back surface of the surface plate 4 are adhered with adhesive 7 in a close contact state. That is, the elastic return force of the cushion material 6 causes the heat medium conduit 1 to close to the surface plate 4. It is glued while being pressed to 4.

Therefore, the adhesion between the flat portion 5 of the heat medium conduit 1 and the surface plate 4 is maintained at a high level. The cushion material 6 is a functional member that improves the adhesion of the heat medium conduit l to the surface plate 4, and by selecting a material with heat insulation properties, it has a heat insulation function that prevents heat transfer to the bottom side of the groove 2. It also serves as a component.
