Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内部に収納したピストンにより二基が画成され
    てなるアクチュエータと、緊急時に該シリンダの一室に
    高圧気体を供給する高圧気体源と、該高圧気体による該
    ピストンの摺動を所定範囲に限定す−るストッパ手段と
    を有する緊急作動装置において、前記シリンダの他室を
    大気から遮断された密閉室とし、且つ該密閉室の容積を
    前記ピスト・　　　　　ンの摺動による容積変化量より
    も充分大なる容量とし、更に前記ピストンには前記二基
    を常時連通する絞り通路と前記他室から一室への気体の
    流れのみ許容するチェック弁とを夫々設けたことを特徴
    とする緊急作動装置。
