４図は第１図にあって、内輪がＡ方向に大きく動いた場
合のシールリップとシール溝との関係を示す第２図相当
図、第５図は第２実施例を示す第２図相当図である。 実施例の符号中、１は外輪、２は内輪、３は玉１、　、
　・４は密封板、２１はシール溝、４３は内側リップ、
４４は外側リーツプ、４・５は中間リップ、４５１は中
間リップから分岐した一方のリップ（内リップ）、４５
２は他方のリップ（外リップ）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）外輪側に固定された密封板によって外輪と内輪と
    の間が密封されたころがり軸受の密封装置において、密
    封板４は、内周側に軸方向に伸びた内側リップ４３と、
    半径方向に伸びた外側リップ４４と、前記両リップ間に
    先端が二方向に分岐した中間リップ４５とを有し、内輪
    ２の端側外周面には、内側肩部２３とこれよりも径の小
    さい外側肩部２７をも？た任意形状の凹形のシール溝２
    １を有し１、密封板４は、前記各リップのうち、内側リ
    ップ４３がシール溝の内側肩部２３と共働して該肩部と
    の間に内側密封部を形成し、外側リップ４４がシール溝
    の外側肩部゛２７と共働して該肩部との間に外側密封部
    を形成し、また中間リップ４５は、外輪および内輪が軸
    方向に相対的に移動したとき、先端の二つのリップのう
    ちいずれか一方が常時シール溝−２１の側壁と接触して
    中間密封部を形成してなるころがり軸受の密封装置。 （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、内側密
    封部と外側密封部のうちの一方が非接触の密封部である
    ころがり軸受の密封装置。 、（３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、内側
    密封部と外側密封部の両方が非接触の密封部であるころ
    がり軸受の密封装置。 （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、中間密
    封部を形成している中間リップのもつ一方のリップ４５
    １がシール溝の内側の側壁２４と接触し、他方のリップ
    ４５２が外側の側壁２６と非接触であるころがり軸受の
    密封装置。 （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項において、中間密
    封部を形成している中間リップのもつ一方のリップ４５
    １がシール溝の内側の側壁２４を　−接触し、他方のリ
    ップ４５２が外側の側壁２６に対し非接触であるころが
    り軸受の密封装置。
