イマ部、５１は周期タイマ、５２は監視タイマ、５３は
リセットスイッチ、５４は順序判定回路、５５は信号、
６０は点検部、６１は点検回路、６２は最終判定回路、
６３は信号である。

最終判定回路、上記点検回路に周期的に一定の間隔でパ
ルス信号を与える周期タイマ、この周期タイマと同じ間
隔で位相の異なるパルス信号を送出する監視タイマ、こ
れら周期タイマと監視タイマから交互に送出されるパル
ス信号のいずれか一方が連続して送出されたとき故障Ｘ
判定する順序判定回路、上記周期タイマと監視タイマを
同時に停止および起動させるリセットスイッチを備えた
