Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of flexibility at the installation and the improvement of burning efficiency by a method wherein a burning chamber and a heat exchanging chamber are connected in parallel with connecting openings, and fitting openings of each burner and exhausting cylinder are arranged in left and right symmetrical manner, then the burner and exhausting cylinder are made interchangeable fitting. CONSTITUTION:A burning chamber A and a heat exchanging chamber B are provided with respective fitting openings 3, 4 for each burner 1 and exhausting cylinder 2 in left and right symmetrical manner, both chambers A, B are installed by connecting in parallel with connecting openings C. By such a structure, even when the directional arrangement of a heater is required, the problem can be easily solved by installing after changing of the fitting location of the burner 1 and the exhausting cylinder 2. る。又図に示すようにバーナ及び排気筒を夫々の容体の
上部に設ければ、前厄の方向性は要求されず、左右だけ
交換できれば良いものである。実施図では風呂釜の場合
を示したが、ボイラー、或いは暖房機としても活用でき
るもので応用範囲の広いものである。又、バーナーlと
排気筒2の外枠1′、2′とを通路5で連絡し、排ガス
の一部全バーナー1側へ誘導するようにすれば、バーナ
ーへ供給される燻焼空気の酸素量が若干減り、燃焼温度
が下がるので、No 、NO2などのNox発生量が減
ることと、燃焼炎が青炎となり、燃焼室内にカーボンが
付着しないようにすることが出来るが、取付口3.4が
左右対称であるため、通路5とバーナー1及び排気筒2
とを一体で形成しておけば前記各特徴をすべて満足する
ととが出来るものである。
