Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an odor gas combustion cylinder which is excellent in durability, by a method wherein an inner cylinder is mounted in a manner to surround flame, and a vane part, which causes odor gas to be fed in a way that the gas is entangled in flame from about the tangential direction of the flame, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Odor gas, flowing through each communicating pipe 40, is injected such that, since the lower edge of an inner cylinder 80 is positioned so that it runs across the upper end of each communicating pipe 40, a part thereof is injected in the inner cylinder 80 in a manner to enable a vane part 92 to surround flame, and another part thereof is injected in an annular gap part 88 formed by the inner cylinder 80, an outer cylinder 46 and a flange part 84. Thereafter, the odor gas is heated by the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 80, and rises along the outer periphery up to the flange part 84, the odor gas is cooled by the inner periphery of the outer cylinder 46 and decends, and after it enters the interior of the inner cylinder 82 from the lower part of the annular gap 88, it is swirled upward by flame. This prevents the outer cylinder from being directly heated, resulting in improvement of durability of the outer cylinder.

In the past, attempts have been made to remove odor residue using various methods, but burning the odor gas to remove toxic components and making it odorless before releasing it into the atmosphere has yielded good results in terms of quantity and quantity. There is. However, in conventional odorous gas combustion tubes installed in vacuum cars, the temperature inside the combustion tube becomes high and the rising air current causes turbulence in the odorous gas, which is emitted without being completely combusted. There were some problems such as not being removed. In order to solve this problem, the present inventor has attempted to improve a portion of the burner provided in the odor gas combustion tube.

By rotating the operating knob 44, the E'IS ejected from the nozzle 62 is ignited by the spark plug 60, causing a flame to rise from the fuel gas discharge tube 52 toward the first plate 48. The odor gas that has passed through each communication pipe 40 passes through the cylinder 80 above the upper end of each communication/f pipe 40.
Since the lower end edge is in a transverse position, part of the flame is ejected into the inner cylinder 80 by the blade part 92 so as to enclose the flame, and part of it is ejected into the annular gap defined by the inner cylinder 80, the outer cylinder 46, and the flange part 84. It is ejected at 88. The odor gas ejected into the annular gap 88 is warmed by the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 80 and rises along the outer peripheral surface to the flange portion 84.
It is cooled by the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 46 and descends into the annular gap 8.
8 enters the inner cylinder 82 from the lower part and is engulfed in flame. Therefore, the heat inside the inner cylinder 80 is not directly transmitted to the outer cylinder 46, so the temperature does not rise and there is no risk of getting burned even if you touch it with your hand.
). On the other hand, since the annular gap 88 serves as a kind of heat retaining part, the temperature inside the inner cylinder 80 is effectively increased, and the combustion efficiency is increased (the blade part 92 causes the flame to spread from the tangential direction). The ejected odorous gas is entangled in the central part of the flame column and burns in the entangled state.
It is completely combusted on the lower surface of the four plates 48, removing components from the surface and rendering the burnt odor harmless. This odorless and harmless waste rises from the gap between the inner plate 48 and the inner cylinder 80, passes through the exhaust hole 66) and the air lower 0, and is discharged into the atmosphere.

In the above embodiment, the upper end of the communication/f-bub 40 may be cut horizontally. In addition, the inner cylinder main body 82 flange portion 8
4 and the blade portion 92 may be provided separately and formed integrally with the stinky gas combustion cylinder 20, or may be formed integrally as the inner cylinder 80 and detachably attached to the outer cylinder 46. In this way, the inner cylinder 80, which is prone to misalignment and burnout, can be easily replaced, and there are advantages such as being able to extend the life of the odor gas combustion cylinder 20.

As described above, according to the present invention, the part of the odorous gas ejected from the communication pipe by the vanes spirally entangles and burns in the flame column rising straight up, and the part of the odorous gas ejected into the annular gap acts as a combustion barrier. Therefore, the odorous gas is combusted very efficiently, which helps to save fuel and has the remarkable effect that it is completely harmless and odorless when released.

Furthermore, since the inner cylinder is provided within the outer cylinder, the outer surface is not directly heated, so there is no risk of burnout. Furthermore, even if the cylinder overheats and burns out, it can be easily replaced, and it is also excellent in terms of durability. Furthermore, the outer cylinder does not reach a high temperature and there is no risk of getting burned even if touched, making it safe. In addition, it is effective in that it does not require a protective cover and costs can be reduced.

Although various explanations have been given above with reference to preferred embodiments of the present invention, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. Of course, many modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, such as forming a flame column so that the odor gas is spirally entwined with the flame column.
