Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ孔を有するシリンダブロックと、渦流室を備え
    たシリンダヘッドとが、両者の対向面間にガスケットを
    介在させた状態で結合され、上記渦流室は、シリンダヘ
    ッド下面に開口して一部がシリンダ孔より外側に位置す
    る凹孔の開口部に、噴口を有する口金を嵌め込むことに
    よって形成された渦流室式ディーゼルエンジンにおいて
    、上記口金の表面がシリンダヘッド下面より上方に多少
    の段差をもって没入する状態に該口金を上記凹孔に嵌め
    込むとともに、上記段差によって生じる口金表面下方の
    凹部の、少なくともガスケットに対応する部分に、ガス
    ケットのグロメット部およびシリンダヘッドより軟質で
    かつ耐熱性に富む軟質部材を配置したことを特徴とする
    渦流室式ディーゼルエンジン。
