    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状の光透過用セル穴を有し、このセル穴に側壁から試
    料供給路と試料排出路が適宜接続されたセルボディと、
    このセルボディのセル穴の光入射側及び光出射側を閉塞
    するセル窓板と、少なくとも一つの光検出器とを備え、
    この光検出器が前記出射側のセル窓板に予め略密着さ耗
    、一体に組み込まれてなる分光光度計用フローセル。
