Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液圧ポンプ１とアクチュエータ２の入口側のポート３と
    を結ぶ吐出ライン４に流量調整用の可変オリフィス５ａ
    、５ｂを介設する一方、アクチュエータ２の出口側のポ
    ート６とタンク７とを結ぶ戻りライン８に減圧膨圧力補
    償弁９を、その１次ボート１０がアクチュエータ２の出
    口側のポート６側に、またその２次ポート１１がタンク
    ７側にそれぞれ位置するように介設し、前記減圧膨圧力
    補償弁９のパイロット室には前記可変オリフィス５ａ、
    ５ｂによる絞り前の流体圧力を、またそのハネ室に前記
    可変オリフィス５ａ、５ｂによる絞り後の流体圧力をそ
    れぞれ導き、 前記可変オリフィス５ａ、５ｂによる絞り前後の差圧を
    前記減圧膨圧力補償弁９て一定に保持するようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする液圧装置。
