Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートの前脚部を車体床部材に回動可能に取付け、シー
    トの後脚部を車体床部材に着脱自在に保持するロック装
    置を設けた自動車の折畳式シート装置において、一端を
    車体床部材などに固定され１、　　　　　他端を前脚部
    に設けた係合突部に当接させて前脚部に前倒方向への回
    動力を付勢するバランスばねを設け、且つ前脚部が一定
    の回動角度を越える位置において係合突部へのバランス
    ばねの追従動作を停止させるストッパを設けてなる自動
    車の折畳、式シート装置。
