Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料を保持するホルダと、該ホルダに組込まれた試料加
    熱のための加熱素子と、前記試料温度を検出する温度検
    出手段と、任意の温度を設定する温度設定手段と、前記
    加熱素子への初期加熱電流を任意の一定電流値に設定す
    る電流値設定手段と、前記温度検出手段の出力が前記温
    度設定手段の出力以上になったときその差信号を発生す
    る手段と、前記電流値設定手段からの信号と該差信号と
    の差信号に基づく電流を前記加熱素子に供給する制御手
    段を具備した試料加熱装置。
