[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a tile adhesion system that is used to adhere a sheet to the surface of a group of tile pieces to form a unit, and then sequentially apply the sheets to a construction surface such as a wall. In particular, the present invention relates to a tile pasting sheet used for so-called bricklaying, in which adjacent tile pieces are arranged offset from each other.

When attaching a large number of tile pieces to a construction surface such as a wall, in order to increase construction efficiency and arrange them in an orderly manner, a group of tile pieces are arranged in a substantially rectangular shape with a side of about 30 to 50 cm. Generally, a construction method is adopted in which a sheet is attached to the surface to form a group of tile pieces, and these are sequentially attached to the construction surface. In the case of so-called brick laying, in which tiles are arranged in staggered positions, one unit of tile piece group A, as shown in Fig. In this case, if a rectangular sheet of a size that includes the space b at the edges on both sides is attached to the entire surface of the tile group A, one unit After pasting tile piece group A on the construction surface, when attaching the next unit of tile piece group A adjacent to each other, the sheet covering space b gets in the way and causes adjacent tile pieces a to be stuck together. Since they cannot be fitted together, conventionally a rectangular sheet B of a size excluding the protruding portions from both side edges of the tile group A has been used, as shown in FIG.

However, the tile piece group A assembled together using such sea 1-B is approximately ÷ the total length from both sides of sea 1-B.
Since tile piece a of length A protrudes in a cantilevered manner, when the upper part of tile piece group A is grasped and lifted, the tips of tile piece a protruding from both side edges hang down, causing unevenness when attached to the construction surface. Not only is this unavoidable, but it also causes a decrease in construction efficiency as it is necessary to rearrange it after installation, and if the tile piece a is large, the weight of the hanging tile piece a will cause the tile There were times when Hitto B broke, and improvements were desired.

The present invention was completed in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is that a large number of tile pieces are arranged in a substantially rectangular shape, and a portion of the tile pieces are spaced at regular intervals from two corresponding edges of the rectangle. A group of tile pieces with uneven edges protruding from each other is regarded as one unit, and each unit of tile pieces is sequentially placed on the construction surface while fitting the unevenness of adjacent edges into each other. In the tile adhering sheet which is adhered to the surface of the one unit group of tile pieces to be assembled integrally, substantially the entire surface including the concave portion at the edge of the one unit group of tile pieces. It has a substantially rectangular shape with a size that covers the whole tile, and has easy-to-break lines along the four edges of the tile. To provide a tile pasting sheet which can be neatly pasted onto a surface and which can perform the pasting work quickly and easily.

The tile piece group A of this embodiment is the same as the example in FIG. There is a space b between the tile pieces a with an area of the size of the tile piece a.
The sheet 1 of the present invention made of water-absorbing paper is adhered to the surface of the sheet 1 using a water-soluble adhesive.

This sheet 1 has a substantially rectangular shape that covers the entire surface including the space b on both side edges of the tile piece group A, and the part that covers the space b is U-shaped along the outer periphery of the upper and lower and inner tile pieces a. The cutout portion 3 is surrounded by an easy-to-break line 2 such as a perforation line.

Note that the upper left corner and lower right corner of sheet 1 are cut out along the outer periphery of tile piece a, but sheet 1 is made into a rectangle that extends to these corners, and these corners can also be easily cut out. The cutout may be surrounded by a break line.

As described above, one unit of tile piece group A assembled integrally by sheet 1 is pressed onto construction surface C coated with adhesive D such as cement mortar, as shown in FIG. After pasting, the cutout part 3 of the side edge is torn off along the easily broken line 2 to reveal the space b, and then one unit of tile piece group A and the tile piece a protruding from the side edge are removed from the space b. Tile piece a is pasted on the entire surface of construction surface C by sequentially repeating the work of aligning it with b and pasting it on construction surface C.

As specifically explained in the above embodiment, the tile pasting sheet of the present invention has a substantially rectangular shape that covers the surface including the concave portions at the edges of one unit of tile pieces. When pasted on the surface of a group of tile pieces, the whole of the tile pieces that protrude from the edge line will also be adhered to the sheet, so when you grab the top and lift it up to attach it to the construction surface, the tile pieces that protrude from the edge will be attached to the sheet. The tile pieces will not hang down, and since there is an easily broken line in the area covering the concave part of the edge of the tile piece group, immediately after pasting the tile piece group on the construction surface, gently clean the area around it. By pressing and tearing off the part covering the recess, the recess is exposed, and the tile pieces protruding from the edge of the next unit of tile pieces can be fitted into this recess and pasted one after another. Bricklaying of relatively large tile pieces, which conventionally took time, can be done quickly and easily, resulting in the effect of significantly improving work efficiency.
